Triboron International appoints new chief executive

The Board of Directors of Triboron International AB has appointed Pär Krossling as new President and CEO. Mr Krossling (51) has been the company’s deputy CEO and COO (Chief Operating Officer) for more than a year; proving that he has the experience and business focus needed to lead Triboron through its commercial expansion phase.

Pär Krossing has a solid background in qualified technical sales within the energy sector.

Triboron’s present CEO and CTO (Chief Technology Officer) Thomas Lindskog switches to the role as working vice chairman of the board. Mr Lindskog will also continue as CTO until the company has appointed a new head of technology.

Triboron moves into an expansion phase after an intense period of research and development of the company’s unique technology for making fuels more efficient. The plans to become listed on Nasdaq First North during 2018 are still valid.

The board of directors look forward to have Pär Krossling at the helm as Triboron moves into its focused expansion phase.

The announced changes apply from 1 September 2018.
