A long-term test using state-of-the-art AVL equipment in the advanced laboratory NEVS/GM covered 50,000 kilometres and resulted in a 3% reduction of fuel and CO2 emissions with Triboron Fuel Formula. The test also showed that the Triboron technology doesn’t harm or reduce the efficiency of the exhaust treatment system.

The fuel consumption and CO2 emissions were roughly 3% lower when using Triboron. This is the largest drop ever achieved in such a test, where the tested modification has not included a redesign of the drivetrain.
The ageing of the catalytic system is normal after 50,000 km of accelerated driving, with emissions far below legal limit (Euro 4). No engine fault codes were displayed during the test.
